OLIVES
BAKED
A new idea which has drawn our attention and we believe will be preferred by our customers, is a new kind, the baked olive. With knowledge of the consumer concerns in our day regarding nutritional values, which state “abstain from salt”, we took action. We tried to find a way of making the olive sweet using natural methods, and approachable to all consumers. Therefore, using traditional methods combined with modern technology, we remove the salt from the olives following natural methods and then marinate with various spices (coriander, paprika, etc.) and finally transfer to desiccators where they dehydrate and wrinkle. This gives the olive a sweet taste which we are shore will be favored by consumers.
